For bringing us the Falklands penguin. For consistently proving with If... that things could only get worse. For the perpetually puzzled look on the face of George W. Bush as missing link, for John Prescott as muzzled bulldog, for John Selwyn Gummer. For being so outrageously, bizarrely, dementedly sane. Every weekday.
