On pourrait en résumer la teneur comme suit: « In response to Iraqi threats to Coalition aircraft monitoring compliance of United Nations Security Council Resolutions, Operation SOUTHERN WATCH Coalition aircraft [...] never target civilian populations or infrastructure and go to painstaking lengths to avoid injury to civilians and damage to civilian facilities [but did indeed kick some ass]. » Bon, j'ai peut-être un peu trop résumé.

Ah, et dans ladite "Operation SOUTHERN WATCH", ne vous laissez pas avoir: "Watch" ne signifie pas "Surveiller" mais "Montre" (bracelet) comme dans "Eh, les mecs, ça fait un moment qu'on se fait chier ici alors pour passer le temps, on fait péter quelques trucs".
